【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheproceduralstepstobetakeninthepreparationandapplicationofaSamplingPlan.TheSamplingPlandescribesthemethodofcollectionofthelaboratorysamplenecessaryformeetingtheobjectiveofthetestingprogramme.TheprinciplesorbasicrulesoutlinedinthisEuropeanStandard,provideaframeworkthatcanbeusedbytheprojectmanagerto:?producestandardisedSamplingPlansforuseinregularorroutinecircumstances(elaborationofdaughter/derivedstandardsdedicatedtowelldefinedsamplingscenarios);?incorporatethespecificsamplingrequirementsofEuropeanandnationallegislation;?designanddevelopaSamplingPlanforuseonacasebycasebasis.ThisEuropeanStandardhasbeendevelopedforthecharacterizationofwaste.TheremaybeaneedformorethanoneSamplingPlantomeetalltherequirementsofthetestingprogramme.UltimatelytheSamplingPlanprovidesthesamplerwithdetailedinstructionsonhowsamplingshouldbecarriedout.NOTEAlthoughthisEuropeanStandardinmostcasesreferstothetakingofonesampleorincrementorthepreparationofonelaboratorysample,itshouldbenotedthatoftenthisshouldbemorethanone.ForsimplicityreasonsthisEuropeanStandardusessingularterms,whilepluraltermsarealsopossibleorevenlikely.
