【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofchlorideioninenginecoolantsintherangefrom5to200ppminthepresenceofupto0.6weight%mercaptobenzothiazole.Othermaterialsthatreactwithsilverionwillinterfere.Chlorideinenginecoolantscontaininganaryltriazoleinsteadofmercaptobenzothiazolecanbedetermineddirectlybythistestmethodwithoutpretreatmentwithhydrogenperoxide.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SpecifichazardsstatementsaregiveninSection7.
