【摘要】:Thispracticeprovidesastandardbywhichorganizationscanprovideauniformqualityserviceinproducingandapplyingbituminouspavingmaterialsinconstruction.Thepracticeoutlinesanddescribestheproceduresforestablishingandmaintainingaqualitycontrolsystem.Thecontrolofqualityisacontinuingprocess;consequently,thispracticeprovidesnotonlyfortheformationofaprogrambutforitscontinuationthroughcalibration,standardization,andreferencesampleandinspectionprograms.Thebasicrequirementsforaqualitycontrolsystemencompassthefollowing,allofwhichshallbedocumented:3.3.1Qualitypolicy,planning,andadministration,3.3.2Organization,3.3.3Humanresources,3.3.4Physicalresources,and3.3.5Qualitycontrolandevaluation.1.1Thispracticeprescribesthegeneralrequirementsfortheestablishmentandmaintenanceofaqualitycontrolsystemfororganizationsproducingorapplyingbituminouspavingmaterials,orboth,inconstruction.1.2Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
